No day is the same at Stuurman Logistics. In our dynamic work environment, we’re looking for an enthusiastic logistics planner who thrives on variety, takes responsibility, and has a passion for refrigerated and frozen transport, particularly in the fresh produce sector (potatoes, vegetables, and fruit).

Every day, you’ll interact with clients in the cold storage and frozen goods industry. You’ll discuss their specific requirements for transporting temperature-sensitive products, brainstorm solutions, and negotiate transport rates. Once agreements are finalized, you’ll ensure everything runs smoothly: entering transport orders, creating route plans, and keeping all parties—from clients to recipients—updated on progress.

You'll also continuously work on efficient planning that adheres to the strict requirements of refrigerated and frozen transport. Your expertise will prevent issues and if challenges do arise, you'll resolve them quickly and professionally in collaboration with the client.

What you'll bring

  • You have completed an MBO-level education in a commercial or logistics field.
  • You have a good command of Dutch and English; if you also speak French, Italian, or Spanish, that's a great bonus!

who are we?

Stuurman Logistics BV has been organizing all types of transport within the Benelux, France, and Germany for over 30 years. We do this with our own fleet of around 30 trucks, as well as in collaboration with many (international) carriers. An important part of our organization is the transportation of 'dry' goods.
